Rob founded the firm in 2002 with the goal of building an executive search and advisory boutique. Having previously built and sold a highly successful search firm with two former partners, TillmanCarlson represents the continuation of a dream and the next step in making it a reality.

He began his career in public accounting and graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in accounting.
“I thrive on the thrill of the hunt and I’m thankful to have a business partner and team who share my passion for serving clients.”
Kelly joined Rob in 2003 with the determination to continue her career in search and build a firm that would provide a clear alternative to the large executive search firms.
